Raising PR before arrival of ship
Steel weight quantification thickness wise before arrival of ship to be calculation and send to the BD
Steel weight quantification post work completion for preparing WDC and submitting to the owner
Prepare the nesting plan as per UTG to ensure fast completion of the work.
Preparing of Drawing for steel renewal area during work execution
Cutting plan drawing as per the nesting plan
Budget approval and chase up from BD
AWO/SOW raising and taking approval from owner and BD
Raising MR as per the job scope
Raising MHE as per requirement
Raising Scaffolding if required
Raising Hot work permit
Safety/Leak Check of gas cylinder and chase up
Leak check bottom shell/drain plugs post launching of ship
Hot work in hydro carbon tanks post application of PESO certification
Conducting daily Tool box talk for the vendor
