Job Title: Assistant Manager – SEO (Lead Generation Focus)
Role Overview
We are looking for an Assistant Manager – SEO who can go beyond rankings and drive
qualified leads and revenue through organic search. This is an in-house role where you will
own SEO performance for our website(s), with a clear focus on conversions, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end SEO strategy with a strong focus on lead generation and revenue
impact
Identify high-intent keywords and build SEO funnels that convert traffic into leads
Optimize landing pages, service pages, and blogs for conversion (CRO + SEO)
Set up and optimize tracking (GA4, Search Console) to measure leads.
Conduct regular technical audits to ensure site health, crawlability, and performance
Build and execute high-quality link acquisition strategies to improve DA
Continuously improve conversion rate, and organic ROI
Prepare performance reports focusing on traffic → leads → revenue funnel
Manage and guide junior SEO team members
Must-Have Skills
Proven experience in SEO-driven lead generation (not just traffic growth)
Strong understanding of search intent, funnel-based SEO, and conversion
optimization
Hands-on experience with tools like GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush,
Screaming Frog
Experience in optimizing landing pages for conversions
Ability to connect SEO performance with leads
Solid understanding of technical SEO fundamentals
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
KPIs for This Role
Organic leads generated (monthly growth %)
Conversion rate (organic traffic → leads)
Keyword rankings for high-intent terms
Organic traffic quality (bounce rate, time on site, etc.)
