Job Description

Position: Asst. Manager & Senior Manager – Marketing & Outreach

Location: Amity University Patna

About the Role

Amity University Patna is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced professional for the role of AM and SM– Marketing & Outreach. The incumbent will be responsible for driving student admissions through strategic marketing initiatives, institutional outreach, relationship management, and brand-building activities across Bihar and neighboring regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing and outreach strategies to achieve admission targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, corporates, and educational partners.
  • Plan and conduct seminars, career counseling sessions, workshops, education fairs, and promotional events.
  • Identify new markets and develop strategies to increase student enrollments.
  • Coordinate with the Admissions Team to ensure effective lead generation and conversion.
  • Manage field marketing activities and oversee regional outreach campaigns.
  • Build partnerships with schools, educational consultants, NGOs, and government organizations.
  • Monitor marketing budgets and ensure optimum utilization of resources.
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare periodic MIS and performance reports.
  • Coordinate with the Digital Marketing, Branding, and Communications teams for integrated campaigns.
  • Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the outreach team.
  • Ensure consistent brand visibility and positive representation of the University.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • MBA (Marketing) preferred.
  • 6–15 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Business Development, Admissions, Outreach, or Institutional Relations, preferably in the higher education sector.
  • Proven experience in achieving admission and business development targets.
  • Strong network within the education ecosystem will be an added advantage.
