We are looking for Assistant Manager / Senior Executive for our Tendering & Bid Management team.
Location: Gurugram
Experience Required: 2 6 years
Salary: As per Industry standards
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Your Core Responsibilities shall be
End-to-End Tender Management Handle the complete tender life cycle, including searching opportunities, registrations, documentation, approvals, submissions (online/offline), and final order finalization.
Documentation & Compliance Review tender requirements, prepare technical and commercial documents, ensure pre-qualification compliance, maintain MIS reports, and manage systematic records.
Client & Authority Coordination Prepare pre-bid queries, seek clarifications, attend pre-bid meetings, and maintain regular communication with clients/authorities.
Internal Collaboration Coordinate with management for approvals, clarifications, and decision-making throughout the bidding process.
Process Accuracy & Confidentiality Ensure timely, error-free submissions, adherence to procedures, and confidentiality of all tender-related documents.
Desired Candidate must have
Education B. Tech / B.E. / BCA / B.COM
Technical Skills Proficient in MS Office, Adobe, PDF, and experienced with GEM Portal & other e-Procurement platforms.
Communication & Collaboration Strong written and verbal English skills; ability to work independently as well as in teams.
Organizational Strengths Strong documentation, record-keeping, and organizational abilities.
We would prefer if you have experience in these industries or segments.
