Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive, Social Care, RHSO

Overview

Reporting to the Assistant Director, Partnerships & Collaboration, the role will support the development and implementation of initiatives that advance social-health integration and strengthen community care delivery in the western region.

This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders across NUHS, as well as external partners such as government agencies and community partners to develop collaborations, support new initiatives, and drive projects that contribute to NUHS role as the population health manager for the region.

The successful candidate should be comfortable engaging diverse stakeholders, navigating ambiguity, and coordinating efforts across multiple organisations to achieve shared outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

Strategy and Initiative Development

• Support research, development and implementation of initiatives that advance social-health integration and community care.
• Contribute to the development of strategies and workplans that support organisational priorities and emerging health and social care needs.
• Prepare presentations, briefing papers and reports for management discussions and decision-making.

Partnerships and Stakeholder Engagement

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, government agencies, community organisations and other partners.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagements to identify needs, align goals and drive collaborative efforts.
• Coordinate discussions among stakeholders with differing priorities to achieve shared outcomes.

Project and Programme Management

• Support the planning, implementation and monitoring of partnership initiatives and pilot programmes.
• Track project progress, identify risks and propose solutions to keep initiatives on track.
• Support the evaluation of pilot initiatives and identify opportunities for scaling or improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in stakeholder engagement, partnership development, project management, community engagement, business development, programme management, strategy or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience working with multiple stakeholders across organisations, departments or agencies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Resourceful, self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

The successful candidate will be placed in an appropriate position based on experience.
