Position Overview:

The Assistant Manager /Sr. Executive Human Resources will play a key role in driving employee engagement, conducting surveys and NPS analysis, enhancing employee experience, and managing grievance and exit processes. The role focuses on creating a motivated, transparent, and feedback-driven work culture through structured engagement initiatives, town halls, recognition programs, wellness activities, and effective internal communication.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Employee Engagement, Events & Communication (Core Function)

  • Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and cultural events across all locations.
  • Plan and coordinate Town Halls and communication forums to strengthen leadership connect and transparency.
  • Design and implement Rewards & Recognition (R&R) programs to appreciate employee contributions and achievements.
  • Develop and manage annual engagement calendars and action plans based on survey insights.
  • Prepare and monitor event budgets, ensuring impactful and cost-effective execution.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team to upload event photos and videos for employer branding on social media and internal platforms.
  • Create and share internal HR newsletters, updates, and event highlights to strengthen employee communication.
  • Support employee wellness programs, including stress management, health sessions, and well-being drives.
  • Organize or support CSR activities to build organizational pride and connection.

2. . Employee Surveys & NPS (Core Function)

  • Conduct employee engagement surveys, pulse surveys, and polls as needed, emphasizing continuous listening and data-driven action.
  • Analyse survey data and prepare detailed reports highlighting insights, trends, and improvement areas.
  • Share survey findings with management and employees, facilitating understanding and discussion of results.
  • Facilitate action planning based on survey insights and track the implementation of these actions.
  • Monitor and analyze Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) to gauge engagement levels.
  • Maintain a dashboard of engagement metrics (participation rates, feedback scores, event ratings).
  • Use data-driven insights to evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of HR initiatives.

3. Employee Experience, Grievance Handling & Exit Management (Core Function)

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee grievances, ensuring timely and impartial resolution.
  • Conduct exit interviews to capture feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare and share Exit Interview Reports summarizing trends and recommendations.
  • Analyze attrition data and develop retention strategies based on key insights.
  • Implement employee feedback and suggestion mechanisms, ensuring timely closure and communication of outcomes.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and feedback-driven workplace culture through consistent engagement and follow-ups.

4. HR Operations (Supportive Role)

  • Coordinate and manage mid-year medicals for food handlers as per company policy.
  • Ensure timely issuance and maintenance of employee name badges& Uniforms.
  • Support HR audits, compliance checks, and related operational activities.

5. Culture, Recognition & Continuous Improvement

  • Champion company culture, values, and recognition through regular communication and engagement programs.
  • Ensure visibility of R&R winners across internal platforms and social media.
  • Benchmark engagement practices and suggest innovative improvements to strengthen workplace culture.
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resources or related field.
  • 36 years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Engagement, and Employee Relations.
  • Experience in the hospitality or service industry preferred.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR survey tools.
