Assistant Manager/Senior Associate - Performance Marketing

We are hiring a Healthcare Professional (Field Role)

We are looking for a dynamic healthcare professional with 3–5 years of experience in the healthcare sector.

Key Requirements:

• Prior experience in working closely with doctors and healthcare providers

• Proven ability to operate as an individual contributor in on-ground/field roles

• Strong relationship management and stakeholder handling skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with doctors on a daily basis to promote and scale our:

• Care programs

• Medical devices

• Nutraceuticals 

• Diagnostic offerings

• Build and manage relationships with:

• Doctors and clinics

• Diagnostic centers

• Device (CGM ,BCA)

• Pharmacists

• Drive adoption and revenue growth through consistent field engagement

Preferred Profile:

• Experience in healthcare sales, diagnostics, medical devices, or pharma

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
