Job Description

Responsibilities

Security Operations & Governance

  • Support formulation and implementation of corporate security policies, SOPs, and guidelines across locations
  • Monitor adherence to security standards across plants/sites and HO
  • Coordinate with site security teams to ensure uniform practices and compliance

Risk Assessment & Mitigation

  • Assist in conducting security risk assessments and vulnerability audits across operations
  • Identify potential threats and recommend preventive and corrective measures
  • Track mitigation plans and ensure timely closure

Coordination & Stakeholder Management

  • Liaise with plant security teams, local authorities, and law enforcement agencies
  • Support investigations related to security incidents and ensure proper documentation
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for crisis management preparedness

Technology & Surveillance

  • Monitor implementation and effectiveness of surveillance systems (CCTV, access control, etc.)
  • Support digital security initiatives and upgrades across locations
  • Review system reports and ensure timely corrective actions

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory security requirements
  • Maintain and review security records, audit reports, and incident logs
  • Assist in periodic reporting to senior management

Crisis Management & Incident Response

  • Support development and testing of emergency response plans
  • Participate in mock drills and readiness programs
  • Assist in incident investigations and RCA (Root Cause Analysis)

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (Defence / Police / Security background preferred)
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in corporate / industrial security
  • Experience in power, infrastructure, or large industrial setups preferred
