In this role, you%27ll be part of Genpact%27s transformation under GenpactNext, as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutions-domain-specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. You%27ll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines.

Responsibilities

• Working on the Advanced NextGen Builder Unit team, you will work across tech stacks to support and deliver any Agentic project for the company.

• Faciliate Agile practices, Foster team grwoth, promote effective communication, Drive delivery and innovation, Metrics and continous improvement, Proficiency with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluenc, or similar platforms.SAFe Scrum Master or PSM II.

• You will learn new technologies and platforms as a part of delivering on product solutions both for our customers and for ourselves.

• You will deliver on anything required, ranging from preparing and labelling data to optimizing the agent architecture and executing.

• This is a hands on, technical, software development role to support agentic solutions.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• University Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or Sciences

• Class work involving some programming exercises with at least one software programming language

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Experience programming with two or more programming languages a plus

• Class work involving data science, analysis, or data exploration

• Experience with Python a plus

• Experience with AWS a plus (or GCP)

• Experience with one or more of DevOps templating or scripting: Terraform / OpenTofu / CDK a plus, or puppet/chef/ansible

• Experience with machine learning libraries, frameworks, and tools a plus (scikit-learn, OpenCV,

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph a plus

• Experience with containers (docker, k8s, helm charts, etc) a plus
