This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager Supply Chain Management (SCM), located in Hyderabad. The role involves managing demand planning, ensuring efficient supply management, overseeing procurement processes, and maintaining optimal inventory levels. The Assistant Manager will focus on analyzing data, forecasting requirements, and optimizing supply chain operations to meet organizational goals.

• Proficiency in Demand Planning and forecasting to ensure product availability and inventory optimization.
• Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting supply chain data, solving problems, and improving operational efficiency.
• Experience in Supply Management and Inventory Management to maintain smooth operations and ensure resource availability.
• Proficiency in Procurement processes and supplier management to meet organizational procurement needs.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in ERP or supply chain management software.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., APICS, CIPS) are a plus.
• Prior experience in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
