Responsibilities
Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Work extensively on SAP S/4 HANA Finance functionalities such as Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, and Central Finance.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand financial processes and translate them into SAP solutions.
Configure and support core FICO modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA).
Perform system upgrades, migrations, and integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP).
Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability.
Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
Conduct user training and workshops to ensure smooth adoption of SAP solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field
BE/BTech/MBA/MCA Full-Time Education
Good to have any SAP Certification
Self-motivated, ability to pick things up quickly. Proactive problem solving
