Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Sales Trainer to enhance the selling capabilities of retail teams across Louis Philippe stores. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful training programs focused on sales excellence, customer engagement, grooming standards, and premium retail experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct induction and onboarding training for new retail associates and store teams.

• Deliver sales and product training aligned with Louis Philippe brand standards and customer experience expectations.

• Coach teams on premium selling techniques, cross-selling, upselling, and customer relationship management.

• Train store staff on product knowledge, styling, visual merchandising basics, and brand communication.

• Conduct regular store visits to evaluate training effectiveness and identify skill gaps.

• Monitor sales performance metrics and recommend training interventions to improve productivity.

• Develop engaging training modules, role plays, presentations, and learning activities.

• Collaborate with retail managers to drive sales targets through capability enhancement initiatives.

• Ensure adherence to grooming, service etiquette, and operational standards across stores.

• Support seasonal launches, promotional campaigns, and new collection briefings.

Qualification and Work Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field.

• 3–7 years of experience in retail sales training, preferably in premium fashion, apparel, or luxury retail.

• Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service excellence.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to motivate and influence frontline retail teams.

• Proficiency in MS Office and training tools/presentations.

• Willingness to travel across store locations as required.
