Job Title: Assistant Manager- Sales
Reporting to: Head- Sales & Marketing
Job Location: Pune
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech- Mechanical Engineering
Exp: 8- 12 yrs
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Achieve order booking targets for the Services Business.
- Ensure revenue recognition as per business targets.
- Deliver Profit Before Tax (PBT) outcomes aligned with the as-sold sales targets.
- Manage renewals of existing contracts with a minimum 90% retention rate.
- Achieve PBT targets for contract renewals.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities, focusing on sectors such as Automobiles, Textiles, Chemicals, Pharma, etc.
- Drive additional business for Value Added Services and Spares, with at least two spares orders annually.
