*Job Title: Assistant Manager Sales - Premium Interior Decor Products*

• Salary:* Rs. 40,000/- to Rs. 50,000/- per month
  
  

Experience Required

• Minimum 5+ years of sales experience.
• Must have worked extensively with:
• Interior designers
• Architects
• Contractors
• Hotels / hospitality projects
• Experience in landscaping / plants / planters / outdoor décor or related categories.
  
  

Primary Responsibilities

• Drive high-value B2B sales for premium planters and artificial plants.
• Build Auré Maison as a preferred partner for architects and interior designers.
  
  

Key Expectations

• Bring an existing client base and network (designers, architects, contractors, hotels).
• Actively expand relationships with:
• Interior designers
• Architects
• Luxury project consultants
  
  

Will Be Handling

• Project discussions
• Large orders
• Price negotiations
• Closures
• Mentor and guide junior sales team.
  
  

Success Will Be Measured By

• Quality of network onboarded.
• Number of repeat B2B clients.
• Monthly and quarterly revenue growth.
