About the Job

As an Assistant Manager - Operations (Sales), you will play a key role in driving sales operations, ensuring efficient processes, and maintaining high levels of customer and employee satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing a team, optimizing sales performance, and collaborating with clients to achieve business objectives. This role demands a strong sales acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Seamlessly manage operations to ensure timely SLA delivery while maintaining high levels of employee and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive B2C sales for insurance products (Health, Motor, Life).
  • Establish and manage client relationships, ensuring strong engagement.
  • Organize resources, set goals, and develop strategies to optimize sales performance.
  • Monitor and document staff schedules, attendance, and productivity.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly client meetings to understand expectations and provide updates.
  • Ensure resolution of audit-related issues.
  • Identify and drive process improvements.
  • Coach and mentor team leads for better team management.
  • Address and resolve internal customer queries.
  • Act as the key point of contact for business-specific queries and challenges.
  • Take on special projects based on business needs.

Desired Skills-

  1. Candidate must have onpapers experience of Assistant Manager
  2. Candidate must have experience into managing a telesales team of 40-50 people along with TL's reporting to him/her.
  3. Candidate must be fluent in English and Malayalam.
  4. Candidate must have good knowledge of Data.
