We are seeking a full-time Content Manager to join our team on-site in New Delhi. The Content Manager will be responsible for overseeing the creation, management, and optimization of educational and marketing content. Day-to-day tasks include developing content strategies, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing content production schedules, and ensuring high-quality deliverables aligned with UPRIO's brand voice. This role demands leadership in directing writers, editors, and content creators while ensuring consistency across all communication channels. The Content Manager will also monitor content performance and adapt strategies for maximum audience engagement.

• Expertise in Content Strategy, Content Marketing, and team management
• Strong skills in Content Creation, Web Content Writing, and Editing
• Experience with Proofreading, Copywriting, and Creative Writing
• Solid understanding of Digital Marketing and SEO principles
• Proficiency in project management and achieving deadlines consistently
• Exceptional organizational and communication abilities
• Familiarity with the education or ed-tech sector is a significant advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Education, or a related field
