Job Purpose
To drive profitable growth by acquiring and managing LCL & FCL business, expanding the customer base, and ensuring adherence to company policies, credit norms, and service standards.
Key Responsibilities.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in LCL & FCL segments
- Acquire new clients and build a strong sales pipeline
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Achieve assigned sales targets (volume, revenue, and yield)
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
- Monitor customer outstanding and ensure collections within credit terms
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Revenue generation (LCL & FCL)
- New customer acquisition
- Volume growth
- Collection efficiency / Outstanding control
- Customer retention rate
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate (MBA preferred) with 38 years of experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics Sales.
