Job Purpose

To drive profitable growth by acquiring and managing LCL & FCL business, expanding the customer base, and ensuring adherence to company policies, credit norms, and service standards.

Key Responsibilities.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in LCL & FCL segments
  • Acquire new clients and build a strong sales pipeline
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
  • Achieve assigned sales targets (volume, revenue, and yield)
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
  • Monitor customer outstanding and ensure collections within credit terms

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Revenue generation (LCL & FCL)
  • New customer acquisition
  • Volume growth
  • Collection efficiency / Outstanding control
  • Customer retention rate

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate (MBA preferred) with 38 years of experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics Sales.
