About GoKwik

GoKwik is a growth operating system designed to power D2C and eCommerce brandsfrom checkout optimization and reducing return-to-origin (RTO), to payments, retention, and post-purchase engagement. Today, GoKwik enables over 12,000 merchants worldwide, processes around $2B in GMV, and is strengthening its AI-powered infrastructure. KwikEngage is a high-growth product with strong demand from top D2C brands. This role will directly drive adoption and revenue by owning enterprise closures and building long-term strategic partnerships with high-value merchants. Your efforts will contribute to GoKwik's mission of enabling seamless commerce by helping brands unlock higher retention and improved customer lifetime value through WhatsApp-led engagement.

What You'll Own

  • Own and grow enterprise revenue for KwikEngage across your assigned region/zone
  • Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, from prospecting and discovery to closure
  • Build relationships with founders, CEOs, CXOs, and senior marketing/growth leaders at D2C brands
  • Drive performance against aggressive volume and revenue targets
  • Run solution-led conversations, product demos, and commercial negotiations
  • Work closely with Product, Growth, and Customer Success teams to align merchant needs with product capabilities
  • Build a strong pipeline of high-intent brands and consistently improve conversion metrics
  • Create long-term partnerships by ensuring strong account handover and post-sale alignment

Who You Are

  • Strong network in the D2C ecosystem with experience selling to senior stakeholders
  • Proven track record of closing enterprise deals and exceeding targets in fast-paced environments
  • Strong storytelling, solution selling, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable selling high-growth / evolving products with ambiguity
  • High ownership mindset with strong follow-up and pipeline discipline
  • Experience in SaaS sales is mandatory; exposure to retention/CRM/WhatsApp solutions is a plus
