Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager Sales with proven experience in selling Holiday Packages (International & Domestic). The ideal candidate should have in-depth destination knowledge, strong communication skills, and a successful track record in B2C or B2B sales within the travel and tourism industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Sell customized holiday packages for destinations including South-East Asia, AustraliaNew Zealand (ANZ), Europe, Kenya, China, and Japan.
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation and itinerary planning to client servicing and closure.
- Understand client requirements and design suitable domestic and international travel packages.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
- Coordinate with internal operations teams for smooth tour execution.
- Stay updated on destination knowledge, pricing trends, and seasonal promotions.
Requirements:- 45 years of experience in selling holiday packages (International & Domestic).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Must be from a Travel & Tourism background.
- Strong knowledge of international destinations, visa processes, and travel documentation.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Education:- Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
