Assistant Manager Sales (Homecare Gurgaon)

Role Overview

The role focuses on lead generation, strong doctor engagement, patient counselling, and driving conversions for homecare services.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads for Medanta Homecare services (nursing, physiotherapy, medical equipment, post-discharge care, etc.)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and internal hospital stakeholders
• Conduct patient and family counselling to explain homecare offerings and benefits
• Drive closures and ensure revenue achievement as per assigned targets
• Coordinate with operations and clinical teams for smooth service delivery
• Maintain accurate sales MIS, follow-ups, and reporting
• Support in day-to-day sales initiatives and market expansion activities

Eligibility & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare sales
• Preference for candidates from hospitals, homecare, medical devices, or healthcare services
• Strong communication, counselling, and negotiation skills
• Result-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment
