Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with overseas counterparts, suppliers, and customers for smooth business operations.
  • Manage sales, forecast, order processing, quotations, and documentation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and business partners.
  • Support business development activities and identify new market opportunities.
  • Handle import/export coordination, logistics follow-up, and shipment tracking.
  • Ensure timely communication between internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor project timelines, payments, and customer requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Japanese work standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science and Business Administration
  • 5–8 years of experience in trading companies, manufacturing, automotive, industrial products, or related sectors.
  • Experience working with Japanese companies or Japanese clients preferred.
  • Understanding of technical products like resin, chemicals, adhesives etc will be more preferable.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work in a disciplined and process-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills NOT MANDATORY

  • Understanding of Japanese business culture and corporate etiquette.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks independently.
