Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Sales - FinTech Solution to drive the growth of our digital products and solutions. You'll be responsible for the direct acquisition of strategic customers and the indirect acquisition of merchants through channel partners. This role involves defining customer acquisition tactics, driving revenue, and collaborating with product managers to develop new ideas based on market insights.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive customer acquisition tactics to deliver on company targets.
  • Drive revenue growth from digital payments and collaborate with product managers to develop new ideas.
  • Create and execute a strategic plan to deliver on company targets for the Digital Products and Solutions Business across all markets.
  • Ensure all pipeline and sales activity is accurately documented and kept up-to-date via CRM and reporting tools.
  • Develop and execute marketing and branding initiatives to assist business development and sales.
  • Drive country teams selling to merchants and clients, taking accountability for lead generation, pipeline management, and revenue generation.
  • Identify potential acquiring partners, build and maintain the channel partner pipeline, and drive their engagement.
  • Identify strategic merchant and merchant aggregator partners and manage high-level channel negotiations.
  • Manage existing channel partners to ensure productive and fruitful relationships.
  • Build the capability to efficiently acquire and on-board new SME merchant business customers via digital channels.

Skills Required:

  • Experience in IT Sales, Digital Payments, or BFSI sales and marketing.
  • Strong skills in planning and delivery, sales expertise, and leadership.
  • Excellent negotiation skills for managing channel partnerships.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and reporting tools.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Passion and a quality-focused mindset.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree (BE, BCOM, or BSc) from a reputed university.
  • MBA or PGDM from a recognized institute or university.
