Job Description

This Position is of business enabler and coordination to ensure smooth business with Controls and Compliances for the region

MainAccountabilities:

  • Responsible for Price update in day-to-Day basis and as and when required by Business
  • MIS Reporting
  • AR related management reporting, Review and follow up for collections and AR
  • Coordination with Sales team for NDC from Customers
  • Preparing and Implementing strategy on day-to-day basis and expediting the billing process with minimum disruption
  • Managing customer relationships and dealing with queries and discrepancies in relation to the provided accounts receivable services
  • Develop and publish weekly / monthly / quarterly key performance Indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders and executive management
  • Preparation of Accounts Receivables Reports
  • Responsible for BG SD from customers and ensure Credit limits as per approvals
  • Sales promotions schemes, Debit Credit notes,
  • Coordination with Accounting Team for correct Accounting and closing as per policies of Co Accounting standards
  • Coordination with Plants/ CFA/SCM Team
  • Responsible for Audits, SOX Controls, Review and Compliance of Business Polices
  • Any other Role decided by Management from Time to Time

  • This Role is for South and West region which contributes around 15% of total B2C Business and with new Plant coming in KP business in south will increase significantly.

About Company

In the year 2000, Bunge Limited, an NYSE listed company opened a liaison office in Hyderabad and another at Delhi mainly to help it gather industry information regarding edible oils and soy meal. Later Delhi Office was closed and operations were shifted to Hyderabad.

Bunge Agribusiness India Private Limited (""Bunge Agri"") was incorporated as a private Indian company in Hyderabad to undertake trading operations, mainly ex-tank and High seas sales. Kandla factory of Bunge India has undertaken massive expansion projects which was started in 2016 and was completed within record time. In order to strengthen Bunge India's Bakery segment brand called ""Enhance"" was successfully acquired along with the business associated with the said brand in the same year.
