- Have knowledge and must understand Sales Processes & Sales Office Backend activities.
- Must possess knowledge and experience in handling sales‑related tools & processes, sales KPIs.
- Must have experience of handling Sales and Program related MIS, document management systems etc.
- Must have knowledge of advanced excel, setting up MACROS, VBA.
- Knowledge of quotation process, project acquisition process, customer satisfaction analysis, price & order management activities.
- Person will be responsible for OEM/Customer portal management, Internal Purchase Order management & material price updates to be done at defined intervals for global KAM's.
- Candidate will also be responsible for preparation & release of sales KPI dashboards, templates & tool developments for sales processes, testing of applications, release of work instructions & process trainings to concerned teams regionally and globally.
- Working in co-ordination with colleagues from other regions and providing them regular updates on the day-to-day progress.
Your Experience And Qualification
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in sales operations or business support roles.
- Automotive industry experienced is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong process knowledge.
- High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

- Strong computer skills, including MS Office — with expertise in VBA Macros, advanced Excel, data management, PowerPoint, and SAP.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Customer‑focused and results‑oriented.

- Passionate about learning new concepts, technologies, and processes.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
