Role Description The Assistant Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role involves overseeing daily store operations, supporting sales activities, and ensuring that customers receive attentive, personalized service. The Assistant Manager will help manage staff schedules, monitor inventory, coordinate merchandising, and assist with billing and documentation. The role includes resolving customer queries, guiding team members to meet sales targets, and maintaining store presentation and compliance with company standards. The Assistant Manager will also collaborate with senior management on process improvements and promotional initiatives.
Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles, preferably in jewelry, luxury goods, or related sectors.
• Strong skills in team supervision, task delegation, and day-to-day operations management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships.
• Comfort with basic computer applications, point-of-sale systems, and inventory tracking tools.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Mumbai, including weekends and peak festive or wedding seasons as needed.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and a professional approach to handling high-value products and financial transactions.
• Prior experience at a supervisory level and familiarity with sales targets or performance metrics is an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor's degree in business, commerce, retail management, or a related field preferred.
