Job Description

Purpose

To drive capability building across the manufacturing function by designing, implementing, and monitoring training interventions that improve compliance, technical skills, and behavioural effectiveness on the shop floor.

Job Responsibilities / Deliverables

  • Training Effectiveness Governance

Drive implementation of L&D interventions across plant locations in a standardized and scalable manner as per the training calendar.

Partner with cross-functional teams to close capability gaps through targeted interventions and drive corrective actions.

Monitor the completion, quality, and effectiveness of trainings conducted.

  • Training Delivery

Deliver L&D Interventions Across Plant Sites, Especially On

Behavioral programs (accountability, ownership, communication, problem-solving)

Capability-building workshops for supervisors and shopfloor teams

Facilitate engaging, practical, and simulation-based learning experiences

Customize content based on plant/site requirements while enduring standardization

  • Digital Learning & Systems

Develop engaging learning content (modules, SOP-based training, simulations, quizzes)

Manage LMS (Learning Management System)

Ensure training data and records are audit-ready

Qualifications & Pre-Requisites

Bachelor / Master Degree

High ownership, execution focus, and willingness to learn and travel

Strong understanding of manufacturing and compliance environments

Ability to simplify complex concepts into practical learning

Good facilitation and stakeholder management skills

Data-driven mindset (training effectiveness, audit readiness)

Awareness of Canva and other digital tools will be preferred.
