Job Title: Assistant Manager – Root Cause Analysis (RCA), UK Assurance

Location: Kochi / Delhi NCR | Hybrid / Onsite

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced professional to conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for findings related to the System of Quality Management (SoQM), internal/external audit inspections, and quality reviews for UK Audit engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct RCA to identify the underlying causes of audit quality issues.
• Review audit files, analyse evidence, and conduct stakeholder discussions.
• Prepare RCA reports with clear findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
• Support the development and tracking of corrective and remedial actions.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements in audit methodology, policies, and training.
• Present findings to senior stakeholders and maintain proper documentation.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• ACA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Ideally, 2+ years of post-qualification experience in external audit, audit quality, or a technical role.
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, ethics, and audit quality reviews.
• Experience in RCA, inspections, investigations, or evidence-based reviews is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, report-writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
