We are looking for experienced Retail Sales professionals to join our Express Logistics business across Pan India.

Location: Nagpur

Position: Assistant Manager – Retail Sales – Express Logistics

Qualification: Graduate / MBA

Experience: 3–5 years in Retail Sales ( Retail Sales and B2C sales 5+ years )

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth through market identification, planning, and activation based on territory analysis.
• Increase retail sales by penetrating small and medium traders and retailers.
• Execute sales strategies to strengthen market presence and achieve growth targets.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Operations, and Commercial teams for effective service delivery.
• Monitor competition and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Execute sales promotional activities and contribute to building strong brand awareness.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales/activity reports.
