We bring brands like Dolce Vita, Maple Joe, Blue Elephant, Casillo, Maldon, Tiptree, Meishi, and many more to India's best kitchens, restaurants, and retail stores. Our products are stocked in premium retail outlets across India including gourmet stores, modern trade chains, and specialty food retailers.

We are a 150+ person company headquartered in Mumbai with a national presence, and we are growing fast.

What is the role

We need an Assistant Manager to run our retail sales operations. This is primarily an office-based role - you will manage orders, coordinate with our warehouse and invoicing teams, and track dispatches. You will also visit stores 1-2 days a week to monitor placements and build relationships with buyers.

What will you do

You will manage 100+ retail accounts across modern trade and gourmet retail. Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing and coordinating system-generated orders with the warehouse and invoicing team
• Tracking dispatches and ensuring timely delivery to accounts
• Monitoring shelf placements, offtake, and product performance at store level
• Designing and executing merchandising plans, promotions, and seasonal discounts
• Working with Category Managers at retail chains to secure new product listings and plan marketing activations
• Owning the P&L for your key retail accounts
• Identifying and onboarding new retail accounts
• Flagging and recovering lapsed accounts

You will report to the Sales Manager.

Who should apply

You should have 3-5 years of experience in modern trade sales or retail key account management, preferably in food, FMCG, or beverages. You should understand how modern trade works — listing processes, category management, planograms, trade margins, and promotional cycles. Experience working with premium or gourmet food brands is a plus.

You should be comfortable working with data and MS Excel - tracking offtake, managing P&L, and using numbers to make decisions.

Graduate degree preferred.

Salary: CTC of ₹6-9 lakh p.a., based on experience

Location: Mumbai, on-site, 6 days/week
