As an RM professional, an analyst gets an opportunity to use various tools for scheduling, data management, immigration processes and analysis. They continuously engage in conversations with their stakeholders to understand the project pipeline, skills requirements andopen needs to provideinsights intoissuesconcerningcapacityanddeployment, thusenablingeffectivemanagementof resourcesforUS, Global Member firms & USI. They connect with the professionals to determine their competencies, goals andinterests. RMs offer critical advice to the business leadership arounddemand &supply management, industry and market trends and application to the current functional processes:

Yourkeyresponsibilities include:

As an Assistant Manager - Resource Management, you will work directly with the business andown responsibility for a particular unitwithina ServiceLine orLocation or asdefinedby the FSS.You will own the business metricsforthis groupoperationalize RM strategy forthem.Some ofthekey deliverables will be

  • Planandexecute processesaroundDemandforecasting,CampusDeployments,Bench Management, Demand-Supply gap management.
  • Own governanceandreviewofall RM parametersandcollaborate with businesstodrive the metrics Data Research, Analysis & Reconciliation.
  • Buildanetwork ofFSSLeaders,Managers.Conduct regularpractitionerconnects to have deep understanding of ground dynamics
  • ConflictManagementofschedules,smoothrollover planning.
  • Understandingkeyskillsandprocesses usedin the FSSandmarket trends.Assessandjudge competence level of practitioner of the FSS.
  • Partner andbuildrelationshipswith FSSleadershipandpractitioners,CTS&Talent business leaders.
  • AdvisortoFSSfor Visa processes.
  • Helpbuildalearningfocused,passionateandsolutionoriented team.

Resource Management Organization (RMO) plays a key role to ensure the best alignment of practitioners withrightskillsets tothe rightengagementsattherighttime.The RMOprocessesare designedtobalance

clientneeds,practitionerneeds andpractice revenue goals. RMO teamcultureis openandencourages collaboration, and supports team members to innovate and takeinitiatives which help them take ownershipof theircareers andalso buildtheirowneminence. Fromstructure standpoint,the Resource Management Organization (RMO) is divided into 2 clear streams:

  • StaffingsupporttoUSIndiaOffices-RM Team
  • ProcessesandInformationSystemsupportforUS&USIndiaoffices -RMIS Team

Qualifications

Required:

  • Postgraduateinany stream
  • Total Experience of 6 -8yearsandminimumrelevantexperienceof 4yearsin Resource Management capacity

Preferred:

  • MBAin HR
  • MSExcelandMSProject experience
