Job Description

Reporting to the Head of the Biostatistics Unit, you will provide statistical consultation to researchers on all statistical-related matters.

You will be responsible for the following:

Provide statistical consultation on clinical research design, sample size calculation, and statistical analysis methodology.
Perform statistical analyses and interpret the result for researchers.
Collaborate with researchers as co-PI/collaborator on funded research projects.
Draft the statistical sections for clinical research protocols, research proposals, and manuscripts for publications.

Requirements

Good Class Honours Degree/BSc/Master MSc with 1 to 3 years in Statistics or related qualification
With relevant experience is preferred
Strong expertise with a comprehensive understanding of designing and analyzing various types of clinical research studies, including clinical trials and epidemiological research
Proficient in SPSS/STATA/R
Ability to multi-task and work independently under tight timelines
Good analytical and organization skills
Excellent communication, problem solving, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skill
