Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented professional for the role of Assistant Manager – Reporting C Operations. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end reporting functions, building scalable processes from scratch, and supporting leadership with data-driven insights. The ideal candidate should be capable of taking ownership, driving process improvements, and mentoring junior team members in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilties:
- Own and manage end-to-end reporting (MIS, dashboards, and ad hoc reports)
- Design, build, and optimize reporting processes and workflows from scratch
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of all reports
- Analyze large datasets to provide strategic insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders for data requirements and reporting alignment
- Drive automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency
- Support senior leadership with business insights, presentations, and decision-making data
- Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring quality output and development
- Contribute to building and scaling a robust reporting function/team
Must - Have Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in Reporting (US Audit)
- Strong experience in MIS, reporting, and data analysis
- Proven ability to independently build and streamline processes
- Advanced expertise in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under minimal supervision
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and ownership mindset
Good to Have:
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Exposure to automation tools or basic SQL
- Prior experience in team handling or mentoring
- Experience in operations or business analytics roles
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
