Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the company's key performance indicators by delivering an exceptional in-store experience. In order to do this, the candidate will build and train an effective team, and effectively incorporate business trends and customer feedback into the training of employees.

Responsibilities

  1. Work with the HR team closely to gather, interpret data and provide various trend analyses for decision-making and present findings to HR leadership in a clear, structured format.
  2. Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly HR MIS reports (headcount, hiring, attrition, attendance, productivity, etc.).
  3. Build, update, and automate dashboards using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  4. Prepare PowerPoint reports, HR dashboards, and presentations based on HR analytics
  5. Design, develop, deploy, and maintain Power BI report solutions to enable insightful decision-making
  6. Assist in standardizing and automating HR data reporting processes to enhance efficiency
  7. Translate stakeholders requirements into reporting deliverables, ensuring accuracy and clarity
  8. Deliver ad hoc reports and support business intelligence (BI) initiatives.
  9. Maintain HR dashboards and ensure the achievement of data-driven HR KPIs.
  10. Conduct periodic reviews of HR reports to determine key insights and areas for improvement.
