• Strong experience in Executive Hiring / Leadership Recruitment, preferably for Director-level and above positions.
• Proven expertise in managing end-to-end senior leadership hiring.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and influence senior-level stakeholders and leadership candidates.
• Strong understanding of executive search strategies, talent mapping, and market intelligence.
• Ability to manage multiple critical mandates and deliver high-quality leadership talent.
