Assistant Manager Recruitment

• Title : Associate Manager, Talent Sourcing
• Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)

In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of talent sourcers specializing in Enterprise, small, and mid-sized client accounts across North America. You will establish clear performance goals, drive team accountability, and ensure the consistent achievement of key SLAs and KPIs during the NAM shift (5:30 PM IST – 2:30 AM IST).

Key Position Highlights:

• Team Leadership & Operational Oversight: Drive team delivery, set daily priorities, and manage shift continuity for a high-performing sourcing team.
• Specialized Sourcing: Focus on high-volume, project-based, and short-term placements for blue-collar talent across North American markets.
• Client Engagement: Work directly with US/Canada client hiring teams to convert passive candidates and meet fulfillment targets.

Stakeholder management, Client Services & Team Management experience is a must
