We have an exciting opportunity to lead Talent Acquisition for Cyrix Healthcare. The position reports into the HR leader and is responsible for a team of 8 pan India.

Role and Responsibility:

- Own and manage the talent acquisition function for the business, from sourcing to onboarding.

- Responsible for hiring sales and service positions pan India. This would include selective positions to be hired for the Middle East business as well.

- Build capacity and capability to recruit high volume of talent for turn-key projects, while also maintaining a monthly run rate for replacement hiring.

- Collaborate with Business leaders to understand and their hiring requirements for the year

- Publish regular recruitment metrics and analyse the same to drive continuous improvement

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.

- Oversee employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's visibility and attractiveness to candidates.

- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other external partners.

- Lead and mentor the recruitment team to achieve performance goals.

Preferred candidate experience:

- A post graduate in HR or psychology

- With over 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and atleast 2 years leading a team

- Experienced in using recruitment tools, ATS, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.

- Prior experience in hiring for healthcare sales and distribution firms is advantageous

- Familiarity with social media recruiting and employer branding is helpful

- Exposure to behavioural interviewing techniques and psychometric tools

- Someone with a drive to meet or beat targets for the month/ project

- And with excellent collaborating and communication
