Assistant Manager Quick Commerce

Quick commerce is one of Zavya's fastest-growing channels. We are looking for someone to own day-to-day business execution across Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart — assortment, availability, ads, catalogue, and sell-through. Q-commerce runs on limited assortment and fast replenishment, so this role demands judgement on what to push, when to replenish, and where to scale.

Preferred Background Q-commerce, FMCG, beauty, fashion, jewellery, apparel, or D2C

What You'll Own

• Own daily execution across Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart — sales, availability, visibility, and sell-through.

• Build and maintain a sharp Q-commerce assortment basis price point, platform demand, and SKU performance.

• Track fill rate, PO fulfilment, OSA, dark store availability, fast movers, slow movers, and stock-out risk.

• Share forecasting and replenishment inputs with supply chain and planning; flag supply gaps before they hit sales.

• Run ads and visibility with platform teams — track spends, ROAS, CTR, and SKU-level output; cut what doesn't work.

• Hold catalogue hygiene across titles, images, pricing, attributes, and tags; get new SKUs live on time.

• Build and maintain Q-commerce dashboards; publish a weekly read with insights, risks, and next actions.

• Support evaluation of new platforms, cities, and category pilots as the channel expands.

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years in quick commerce, marketplace growth, category operations, or key account management.

• Hands-on exposure to Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Flipkart Minutes, or BigBasket Now.

• You can explain fill rate, PO fulfilment, OSA, DOH, and sell-through from your own numbers — not from a definition.

• Strong Excel / Google Sheets: pivots, lookups, trackers, dashboards.

• Analytical, commercially sharp, and comfortable making a call with incomplete data.

• High ownership and strong follow-up discipline in a fast-moving environment.
