Job Requirements

Key Role:

Lead end-to-end operations for quick commerce accounts, ensuring efficient order-to-cash execution and operational excellence. The role will oversee inventory availability, billing operations, SKU assortment and availability across dark stores, and business performance analytics to optimize execution, improve service levels, and drive sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end billing operations for Quick Commerce platforms, ensuring timely and accurate order processing.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain, Warehouse, Finance, and partner platform teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and execution.
  • Monitor inventory levels and drive optimal product availability across dark stores to minimize stock-outs and maximize service levels.
  • Create, map, and maintain SKU listings across partner platforms, ensuring accurate product information and catalogue hygiene.
  • Track, investigate, and resolve operational issues related to orders, replenishment, returns, claims, and billing discrepancies.
  • Analyze business and operational performance using tools such as GobbleCube, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards to track key business and operational metrics.
  • Partner with Key Account Managers to improve fill rates, assortment, sales performance, and overall operational KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute new product launches, promotional campaigns, pricing updates, and assortment changes across platforms.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and business performance.
