Job Description

What You'll Do

Testing and Inspection of Panels ( like LV, RPP, MV, PSS, Solar, VFD, PDU, Busway, Isolator Panel, Control / Relay Panel, APFC Panel & Line up panels ) as per IEC 61439 , IEC62271 & IEC60947

Demonstarte testing & documentation during customer FAT witness

Understand and ensure compliance of GTP , TDS , Customer specifications in Panels

Prepartion of Panel QAP

Inspect Panels as per GA and SLD

Check product as per Schematic drawing

Test of panels using primary / secondary injection, HV , IR & functional test

Preparation of test records as per IEC standards for FAT & SAT

Demonstrate test of panels as per QAP during customer FAT

Address customer queries in a colloborative manner

Ensure closure of MOM findings after customer panel inspection

Take customer sign off after successful panel testing completion and complete customer satisfaction survey after commissioning

RCA and action implementation in case of any customer complaints

This role involves partial travel



Qualifications

BE in Electrical Engineering

minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in Panel inspection

Skills

LV Product Expertise: In depth knowledge of MCB, MCCB, ACB, LDB lineup panels, and their applications.

  • Schematic Understanding: Ability to interpret and validate complex electrical schematics for LV circuits.
  • IEC Compliance: Strong exposure to IEC 60947, ensuring product compliance with international standards.
  • Partner Panel Development: Travel to partner panel development areas to monitor and guide quality processes.
  • Customer Complaint Handling: Attend customer sites across India to resolve complaints and ensure corrective actions.
  • Inspection Management: Lead and successfully complete customer inspections during FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test).
  • Documentation: Prepare compliance reports, inspection documents, and customer deliverables with accuracy.
  • Customer Interaction: Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction during inspections and complaint resolution.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps in processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and compliance.

Able to quickly adapt , communicate effectively and achieve through teamwork in the workplace
