Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Responsible for managing Customer complaint across all PLs / All location (Home Electrical)
Responsible for Driving RCA and corrective action across all PLs
Work with Plan Quality Heads and Vendor Quality Heads of PL (Home Electricals)and drive improvement actions
Drive QA Initiatives PFMEA/ DFMEA/ Control Plans and
Horizontal deployment of the actions and the lesson learnt across all manufacturing locations
Process standardization Deploy the key SOPs Quality control plans, for critical processes to ensure uniformity
Audit Management – Manage corporate Quality audits at defines frequency and address all non conformities
Drive Key improvement projects – Analyze the data of CoPQ and PPR – identify key projects and drive the same across manufacturing locations
