Assistant Manager-Quality Control from Gear Manufacturing Industry

Experience:

Minimum 5 years experience in Inspection in Gear Manufacturing or Gear Cutting Tools Industry.

Responsibilities

1. Person will be responsible for adherence of tool quality as per respective tool drawings.
2. Person should have knowledge about LEAD & PROFLE Graphs derived from CNC Gear Testers like Klingelnberg P26/P40 etc.
3. Person should have complete knowledge about instrument calibration.
4. Person should be able to write mails & communicate with various departments and customers.
5. Person with operating knowledge of Klingelnberg testers will be preferred.
6. Person with knowledge about inspection of gear cutting tools will be preferred.

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Production/Metrology.

Knowledge of MS Word/Excel.

Written & Verbal Communication proficiency.
