Job Title: Assistant Manager – Quality Auditor (Payer Enrollment)

Location: Chennai

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Experience Required: 6+ Years

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Quality Auditor for the Payer Enrollment process. The candidate will be responsible for managing quality assurance activities, conducting audits, identifying process gaps, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and leading a team to ensure high-quality standards and compliance within the payer enrollment operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct quality audits for Payer Enrollment processes and ensure adherence to client guidelines and SOPs.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance through regular quality checks and feedback sessions.
  • Analyze audit findings, identify trends, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
  • Prepare and maintain QA reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, internal policies, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with operations and training teams to improve process efficiency and accuracy.
  • Handle escalations related to quality concerns and support resolution activities.
  • Lead and mentor a QA team, ensuring productivity and performance management.
  • Drive continuous process improvement initiatives and quality enhancement programs.
  • Participate in calibration sessions and client quality reviews.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 6+ years of overall experience in Healthcare/BPO operations.
  • Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in Quality Auditing within Payer Enrollment.
  • Minimum 2+ years of team handling or people management experience.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare payer enrollment processes and quality frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Experience in handling audit tools, quality metrics, and RCA analysis.
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
  • Experience in healthcare domain/BPO operations preferred.
  • Exposure to process improvement methodologies will be an added advantage.
