Description
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager- Quality Assurance to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet the highest quality standards and compliance regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control, quality assurance, and ISO standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with ISO standards
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all products and services meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain quality metrics to measure the effectiveness of quality control processes
- Train and mentor quality control staff to ensure that they are equipped to perform their duties effectively
- Prepare reports and presentations on quality control processes and results for management and other stakeholders
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 3-8 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards
- Experience with quality control tools and techniques such as Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
