The role Involves:
Working closely with Quality and Operational Leadership to establish a structured Quality management framework for JBS Operations Globally. The role holder will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems and processes and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
The role holder would be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing End to End quality assurance and quality control strategies, policies, and procedures to drive operational excellence and elevate stakeholder and client satisfaction for existing accounts.
- Conducting regular audits, inspections, and performance evaluations based on the defined governance structure to identify areas for improvement and mitigate risk.
- Working closely with the JBS Transitions and Operations team to establish quality assurance practices in line with the JBS QMF framework.
- Working across several operations teams to support implementation of quality framework across multiple transitions simultaneously.
- Fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization by promoting awareness, providing training, and cultivating a customer-centric mindset.
- Analyzing data and identify trends to drive decision-making and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish quality control measures and monitor compliance.
- Monitoring and reporting on progress on quality framework deployment to senior management, highlighting areas of concern and proposing solutions.
- Staying up to date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to quality management in the Real Estate Industry and the processes supported by JBS.
