Role Description

This is a full-time Assistant Manager - Quality and Patient Safety role, based on-site in Bengaluru. The individual will oversee and enhance the hospital's quality control and assurance processes, conduct internal audits, and lead initiatives aimed at improving patient safety and satisfaction. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with quality standards, implementing quality management systems, conducting staff training, and preparing reports on compliance and performance metrics.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates from Nursing /Clinical backgrounds preferred
• Experience of working in NABH accredited hospitals for more than 5 years desirable
• Proficiency in conducting Training sessions focused on quality improvement and patient safety protocols.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
