Key Deliverables:

  • Oversee end-to-end victualling and catering operations for assigned merchant vessels
  • Ensure cost-effective provisioning aligned with quality and nutrition standards
  • Lead and mentor catering and procurement teams for optimal performance
  • Prepare MIS reports and maintain compliance with budgetary controls and SOPs

Role Responsibilities:

  • Sanction shipboard provision orders and control on-board housekeeping quality
  • Conduct ship visits and audits for catering, hygiene, and storage conditions
  • Handle customer grievance redressal and strengthen owner satisfaction
  • Drive internal training, cost optimization, and continuous process improvement
