Job Description

Job Title:Asst.Manager-QA

Reports to: HOD-QA

Minimum qualification: M.Sc.-Chemistry/B. Tech-Chemical

Responsibility

Overall responsible for inspection of Raw material, Chemicals, In-process material & Finished goods.
Responsible for Smooth operation of QC shift.
Responsible for Quality Management.
Ensure the safety of all equipment & personnel by imparting & implementing safety awareness.
Facing Inspection & Audit related to products.
Data analysis of quality problems.
Attending to customer complaints.
Responsible for Glass, Resin & binder formulation.
Responsible for Resin & binder preparation.
To maintain the secrecy of formulation
Responsible for Housekeeping.
Co-ordination with other department for better performance & smooth run of plant
Overall responsible for QC operations & reporting to HEAD-QA
