Job Description
The QA / Business Analyst is a hands-on team member within the Agile Squad who supports both the requirements and testing sides of delivery. They help make sure the squad clearly understands what needs to be built, and then they verify that what gets delivered actually works as intended.
This role is about doing the detailed, practical work that keeps delivery on track. The QA/BA participates in requirements discussions, writes test cases, runs manual and automated tests, checks data accuracy, and flags issues before they become bigger problems. They are not expected to define the overall test strategy or make high-level quality calls on their own — that responsibility sits with more experienced team members. Instead, they bring energy, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn every part of the delivery chain.
Working in a regulated banking environment means accuracy is not optional. The reports, data, and systems this person tests directly affect the Bank's financial reporting, compliance obligations, and daily operations. Getting the details right is a core expectation of this role.
