Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL) is a greenfield venture of the Tata Group with expertise in manufacturing precision components.
Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India's first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibility
Role & Responsibilities
- Preparation of project plan-construction plan
- Plan resources, arrangement & allocation of resources as per the project plan
- Implementation of project plan & ensures logical sequencing of plan based on resources
- Monitors construction schedule & highlights anticipated delays/deviancies in advance & mitigation plan, also conduct progress review meetings.
- Hands on experience of erection of various instruments, control panel, cabling & cable tray.
- Hands on experience on Erection, testing & Commissioning of various utilities from control and instrumentation-HVAC, BMS, PUW, ETP, PCW, Gases & chemical, FMCS, PEX & Scrubbers.
- Knowledge of MCC, VFD, and various level transmitter, pressure transmitter, RTD etc and integration with PLC.
- Hands on experience on loop checking, knowledge of P&ID, control drawings & communication protocol of PLCs.
- Hands on experience of programming, logic development (FBD/Ladder logic) of various PLCs-centralized DCS system-PCS-7Siemens/Emerson PLC/Allen Bradley PLC etc, hot redundant controllers, SCADA developments for various utilities.

BE /Diploma (Control & Instrumentation)
Experience
Desired Experience Level: 8 -12 yrs
Additional Technical Requirements
Essential Attributes:
Hands on experience of project execution, ETC of various equipment's associated control & instrumentation, Exposure in semiconductor fab unit, solar cell manufacturing.
