Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager Projects to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have 3-8 years of experience in project management and should be well-versed with the job market context of India.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee various projects from initiation to completion
  • Develop project plans and schedules, and ensure they are executed according to plan
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely completion
  • Prepare project status reports and communicate project updates to stakeholders
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members
  • Ensure adherence to project budgets and timelines
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field
  • 3-8 years of experience in project management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology is preferred
